Membership Team Coordinator

Full Time - Fixed Term Contract (6 months)


This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to assist with coordinating and administrating both our membership and information management services, and wider activities to support teams across the Association. Providing efficient and integrated administration services for the Membership & Information Management team to ensure they are consistent, reliable and accurate and support the team to ensure a ‘customer orientated’ approach to the administration of the BPA’s information management and technology resources. Proactively support the membership account managers in relation to recruitment and retention activities. Supporting the office’s day to day IT function and technology resources (membership software and databases) and liaising with outsourced IT support Provide general office administration support by receiving and allocating calls, deliveries and mail in liaison as part of the admin rota.
