Professionalism in Parking Accreditation (PiPA)

The BPA launched the Professionalism in Parking Accreditation (PiPA) in 2015.

PiPA recognises professionals and organisations that build upon existing high standards in areas such as ‘customer service’, ‘safer and properly maintained parking facilities’ and ’clear and comprehensive parking information.'

 The award comprises of ten standards, assessed to ensure an organisation is able to demonstrate excellence in all areas of parking management and operations. This unique approach ensures a consistently high level of professionalism. High level benefits of the accreditation include:

  •  Raising levels of customer service for all stakeholders
  • Increasing car park user satisfaction
  • Improving reputational excellence
  • Demonstrating efficient and effective car parking management and operations.
